What's Next

The relationship between the recipient and Prospective Families will be defined by the terms of thecontract between Prospective Families and Intended Parents. Once we have confirmed that both the recipient and the donor are committed to cycling together, we will draft and present to the recipients that contract which will address all services to be rendered by the agency and all financial obligations to be met by the recipient.

So that the cycle can proceed efficiently and without any undue delay, the contract will be fully executed and all funds required under the agreement will be rendered within 10 business days following the parties having come to agreed upon terms and the cycle will not commence until both the signed agreement and the funds are delivered to the agency.

While Prospective Families will remain in regular communication with your donor, assuring both you and your clinic of her ongoing commitment, it's first obligation will be to notify your clinic that a match has been made and we will then promptly provide to your clinic team all of the necessary and required donor documentation. It is this dual commitment to communication between the agency and your donor and the agency and your clinic that defines our collaborative efforts towards your family building success.

We are familiar with each clinics specific practices and will prepare for your clinic a comprehensive donor packet which will include, the Donor Profile, the donor's current PAP and Physical Exam records, all past cycle records ( if the donor has cycled before), and any other materials or information about the donor that your clinic requires.

Our commitment to efficiency and thorough practices not only benefits you and the donor but, because we view our agency as a partner with your clinic, we are also committed to your clinical team to only present a donor to them in a manner which will allow for them to quickly and smoothly begin to screen your donor.
