The level of service recipients can expect from Prospective Families is defined not only by our relationship with each of the recipient parents we work with but also is a reflection of our on-going dialogue with medical, clinical and all other professionals who are committed to family building. We remain current on how best to advise our clients through our continued involvement in the professional organizations that define ethical practices in collaborative reproduction and we only present donors to our clients who have met our standard for informed, responsible and safe egg donation. While each of our clients can expect a level of service that exceeds what other agencies are committed to, we tailor our approach to meeting a clients family building needs based on what we learn, through our individual and personalized commitment to each intended parent, that which will ensure an efficient and effective process. We know what clinics expect of us, we have a relationship with each donor we present to a client and we maintain an awareness of each client's unique needs from donor selection through to retrieval.

Our donor pre-screening ensures that we can prepare for each client a profile of donor candidates that will not only meet a clinic's requirements but also reflects a client's specific criteria. We work closely with each intended parent to guide them through appropriate donor selection. If a client needs clinic referral we can make recommendations about which program will best meet their needs, we work closely with a select group of reproductive attorneys who are not only highly skilled and experienced with the legalities of donor reproduction but we can and will make an attorney referral, to both the recipient and the donor which will satisfy each client's particular expectations. Once counsel is retained, we remain in contact with the attorneys so that we are fully aware of all terms of the Egg Donor Agreement.

While in-cycle we work closely with all members of the clinic team so that we are certain the donor is meeting all of her responsibilities. We manage the logistics of the cycle, from escrow management, travel coordination and insurance arrangements through to post-cycle services including record retention and documenting cycle outcome.

Prospective Families is driven to a level of collaboration and commitment that will optimize each client's chance of successful family building.
