Collaboration: Prospective Families understands that the egg donation process relies on the effective and efficient partnership between the agency, the recipient parents, the egg donor, the clinical team, mental health professionals and both the recipient and donor attorneys. We have built and we continue to nurture long-standing relationships with the most highly regarded physicians, nurses, attorneys and psychosocial professionals in the field of third-party reproduction. While we are aware that some clinic practices are universal, based on extensive experience with fertility centers across the United States, we know, too, that each practice will demand a unique set of services from us and so we are self-mandated toward a complete and current knowledge of each clinic's specific donor screening and cycle protocol.

Based on our familiarity with clinic practice and our collaboration with a broad team of reproductive professionals our clients are poised for the greatest chance of successful family building.

Agency Commitment: A successful egg donation cycle will rely on the collaborative efforts of several team members. In order for this collaboration to sustain, Prospective Families must provide to it's clients a level of commitment that will endure through-out the process. Unlike many agencies who equate their success with a high number of cycles, Prospective Families is driven by exemplary service which can only be achieved through a reasonable staff-to-cycle ratio. From initial contact through to retrieval the cycle-coordinator will manage only as many cycles as will allow her to remain committed to the client, the donor, the clinical team, both recipient and donor attorneys and all other professionals involved in the process and will work closely and consistently with all parties involved in the cycle from donor selection through to retrieval.

Donor Commitment: Of utmost importance is the commitment of the donor to complete the process. Recipient parents often face disappointment because a donor decides, after having been selected by the recipient that she is not able or willing to meet the demands of egg donation. Prospective Families is confident that through it's prescreening process and later through it's consistent communication with a donor in-cycle that the commitment needed to complete the cycle will sustain.

Success: While the ultimate success each recipient parent is hoping for is to bring a child or children into their family and certainly each donor hopes that her participation in the process will help that family come to be, Prospective Families defines success not only by the outcome of the cycle but by how smoothly and stress-free the process is for its clients and donors. We are genuinely thrilled when we learn of a pregnancy and so, our commitment to a collaborative process which optimizes the joy of this family building option is what drives our team and our daily practices.
