Donna Daley: Senior Case Manager
Donna works with intended parents, donors and clinics in managing all aspects of our cycles. She joined Prospective Families from one of the nation's top clinics, Reproductive Science Center, in Lexington, Massachusetts, where as coordinator of the Donor Egg and Gestational Carrier program, she was a driver of policies and practices that continue to influence the success at that clinic. She has worked tirelessly with hundreds of couples relying on collaborative reproduction to build their families, and is regarded by patients and donors alike as knowledgeable, compassionate and committed to successful family building.
Donna Raidy: Chief Operating Officer
Donna Raidy facilitates matches with our international egg donor recipients. Donna comes to us with over 20 years experience in business management. Donna has been a long time advocate for children's rights and volunteers as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for children in the dependant care system. Donna's love for family and children coupled with her extensive management experience is a unique blend that gives her the ability to compassionately guide intended parents and donors through this remarkable journey.
Tricia Turner: Manager of Surrogacy Case ManagementTricia Turner, our Manager of Surrogacy Case Management including the East Coast & Illinois, has extensive knowledge in egg donation and the surrogacy process. Having had personal experience as a surrogate mother, Tricia wanted to pursue her continued dream of helping people experience the joys of parenthood. Tricia states, “I believe everyone should have the chance to fulfill their dreams of having a family. I am excited to guide intended parents and surrogates through the surrogacy process.” This, combined with her dedication and emotional connection to each client, ensures that each client understands and feels complete support throughout their endeavor. Ultimately, Tricia feels it is a privilege to work in the business of helping to create dreams come true.
Susan Bloom: Director of Donor Recruitment and MarketingSusan Bloom manages our national donor recruitment program. Susan has over 12 years experience in the fertility field, both on the physician practice and the egg donation / surrogacy realms. Her dedication to providing assistance with open and clear communication to all parties in the egg donation process helps both intended parents and donors feel at ease as they embark on their journey through this wonderful, and at times, challenging experience. Susan is honored to be a part of the process of matching donors with intended parents, and seeing the joy associated with it, as couples achieve their dreams of creating a family.
