Prospective Families is proud of its credentials and its commitment to meet regulatory standards for appropriate business practices and policies. This commitment to Federal and State regulations as well as industry guidelines will ensure a smooth and efficient egg donation cycle and it is because we are a compliance driven agency that we enjoy significant respect and regard from the nation's top clinics and other industry professionals:

ASRM Compliance:
The American Society of Reproductive Medicine, through its Ethics Committee, has established Guidelines for Oocyte Donation. Prospective Families practices and policies are consistent with the recommendations of ASRM.

New York State Tissue Resources Program, Licensure:
The New York State Department of Health regulates the practice of egg donation agencies, including the recruiting of New York based donors. Prospective Families' practices and policies meet all the criteria for licensing by the State of New York and we are compliant with all the requirements necessary to hold a license to practice in New York.

IRS Compliance:
It is recommended by the Internal Revenue Service that donors be issued a 1099 form reflecting her compensation for her time, effort and inconvenience during the egg donation process. Prospective Families has retained the services of an accounting firm in order to facilitate the issuance of the donor 1099 form.
